Education and training plan
In the first to fourth year as a consultant in Düsseldorf, we support you with our training and further education plan. Targeted support is achieved through accompanying seminars, training and hands-on training on the job. Here, for example, presentation techniques and soft skills are trained. In addition, we teach techniques for team leadership in order to be able to handle difficult situations and conflicts confidently.
